WHO WILL BE THE FIRM POINT OF CONTACT?

A project manager will be assigned to make sure everything goes as per your project requirements and the stipulated deadline. We believe proper communication is the key to a successful project completion.

WHAT IS OUR CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY?

We will make sure all data provided by the client stay confidential, our firm and staff agree that no information regarding the project will be disclosed to any third party without client consent. We will be more than happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if requested by the client.

WHAT ARE YOUR NORMAL WORKING HOURS?

Normal business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Indian Standard Time. Don’t worry; we can work over the weekend if it is absolutely needed to meet the project deadline.

DO YOU HAVE IN-HOUSE MACHINING FACILITY?

Yes, we have in-house machining facility that covers a range of machine from conventional machine to the CNC machine. To learn more please check out Manufacturing Services.

DO YOU SUPPORT PROTOTYPE PRODUCTION FOR NEWLY DEVELOP PRODUCT?

Yes, we can support prototype production for newly develop products, we not only support production but make sure parts are made as per requirements and the compliance of the standard.

CAN YOU SUPPORT MANUFACTURING SERVICES THAT YOU WON’T HAVE INHOUSE?

Absolutely yes, we have a good source of approved and developed vendors who can work as per our requirements and standard. All this comes at a very nominal cost to the client and helps them to save time and money instead of seeing poor manufacturing services and lots of recycling of material.

WILL YOU ASSIGN NAME OF YOUR CHANNEL PARTNERS AND APPROVED VENDORS?

No, we cannot assign name of our channel partners and the approved vendors until legal agreement is enforced.

CAN YOU ARRANGE FOR MATERIAL TESTING IF IT IS REQUIRED?

Yes, for sure.

HOW QC IS HANDLED FOR THE PROTOTYPE?

We cross verify all critical dimensions as specified in the drawings, if needed we can arrange for the PPAP.

WHAT ARE THE PREFERRED MEANS OF COMMUNICATION?

We believe proper communication is the key, most often via email. To ease out the process we have live conversation facility via telephone or Skype video conferencing.
