How it Works

Precise Powder Deposition

A fine layer of specialized powdered material, often a type of nylon, is meticulously spread across the build platform.

Inkjet Precision

A fusing agent and detailing agent are expertly jetted onto the powder bed. The fusing agent creates strong bonds between particles, while the detailing agent defines precise edges and contours.

Fusion and Cooling Expertise

Controlled heating processes sweep over the powder bed, fusing areas treated with the fusing agent to create solid layers. The remaining powder remains loose.

Layer-by-Layer Excellence

Steps 1-3 are meticulously repeated for each successive layer until the entire object takes form.

Final Touches

After printing, excess loose powder is carefully removed. The part emerges, ready for further post-processing or immediate use.
